# SALARY: Rs. 40,000 - 70,000# Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the offerings to generate interest.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the customer.
Address customer concerns and objections effectively to encourage product/service acceptance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research.
Document customer information, including details of interactions and potential sales opportunities.
Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process.
Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.

Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
